This is a monthly charge. When you subscribe, you will be charged at the time of purchase for your first purchase. After you select your frequency (every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.), you will be automatically billed at 12:00 A.M. on a monthly basis.
For example, if you subscribe on April 8th and select every 1 month, your first charge (10% off applied) will be on April 8th, and your recurring charges (15% off applied) will be on May 8th, June 8th, July 8th, etc.
For example, if you subscribe on April 8th and select every 2 months, your first charge (10% off applied) will be on April 8th, and your recurring charges (15% off applied) will be on June 8th, August 8th, October 8th, etc.
- How to modify/cancel my subscription?
You can modify or change your subscription by clicking on the ‘Manage Subscriptions' link in your subscription confirmation e-mail or by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘Manage Subscription’ link on the right side of the page. Click ‘Delivery Schedule’ in the menu on the left side of the page. A list of your current subscriptions and delivery schedules will appear with the option to edit. Click on the ‘Edit’ link below the delivery you would like to change. Here you can change the quantity, the delivery schedule, update your payment information, and modify the delivery address.
- Can I cancel in the middle of my subscription plan?
When you cancel your subscription, you will still receive any monthly items remaining under your subscription term. You have until 48 hours prior to your scheduled charge to cancel or skip a delivery. If you cancel after the 48 hour cut-off, your future subscriptions will be skipped or cancelled after that month.
- Can I change addresses midway through?
If for any reason you need to change your shipping address, especially if your delivery is scheduled to ship within the next few days, please make those changes in your account prior to the 48 hour cut-off.
- Can I apply a discount code or my reward points on top of the 10% off or 15% off Subscribe & Save?
