- How does the payment plan work?
This is a monthly charge. When you subscribe, you will be charged at the time of purchase for your first box. After that, you will be automatically billed on the 8th of every month until the membership is paused or cancelled.
For example, if you sign up on October 6th, you will be charged $15 (excluding taxes) immediately for your first box and will ship out on October 8th. After that, you will be charged on November 8th and your box will ship out the same day.
If you sign up on October 12th, you will be charged 15 (excluding taxes) immediately for your first box and will ship out on November 8th. After that, you will be charged on December 8th and your box will ship out the same day.
Once you commit to the introductory price of $15, regardless if the subscription price increases, you will be promised this monthly price for a year.
- How to modify/cancel my subscription?
You can modify or change your subscription by clicking on the ‘Manage Subscriptions' link in your subscription confirmation e-mail or by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘Manage Subscription’ link on the right side of the page. Click ‘Delivery Schedule’ in the menu on the left side of the page. A list of your current subscriptions and delivery schedules will appear with the option to edit. Click on the ‘Edit’ link below the delivery you would like to change. Here you can change the quantity, the delivery schedule, update your payment information, and modify the delivery address.
- Can I cancel in the middle of my subscription plan?
When you cancel your Mystery box subscription, you will still receive any monthly boxes remaining under your subscription term. Just like a streaming service, if you cancel right after a charge, you will receive your subscription for that month’s billing cycle! Then, your future subscriptions will be cancelled after that month. If you have trouble cancelling/modifying your subscription, please email us at email@example.com
- Can I change addresses midway through?
If for any reason you need to change your shipping address, especially if your delivery is scheduled to ship within the next few days, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can manually change your address for you at any time.
Mailing addresses can be edited by customers, though this change won't take effect until the currently pending box has been shipped out.
- Can I apply a discount code or my reward points to my subscription?

- Do you offer exchanges or refunds for subscription boxes?

- What happens after my 1 year subscription is over? Will it automatically renew?
After your plan ends, your subscription will automatically renew every year. We have these plans set to renew automatically because we offer self-cancellation anytime :)
- I have a recurring plan – when does my subscription ship?
The first box is the only time we charge immediately for and reserve before its set to ship on October 8th, 2020. Your subscription box will be delivered within 3-5 business days after it ships out on the 8th of every month (Nov. 8, Dec. 8, Jan. 8, etc.).
